Information you give us

When you purchase products, create an account, sign up to our newsletter or contact us, we collect personal information including your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number and order details. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not retain your full card details.

By submitting content, you grant Burleigh 1851 Limited a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish the content on our website and digital channels. We will remove images on request; please contact marketing@burleigh1851.com.

We work with influencers and content creators to promote Burleigh. Your contact details will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of our working relationship. They will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to carry out that relationship, for example with our PR agency. We collect personal data of trade account holders and their contacts in order to manage our business relationship and fulfil orders. We may send trade customers information about new products and relevant news unless you have asked to be removed from our mailing list.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit and secure password-protected account access. Our website is hosted on Shopify, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 for card payment security.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect your data, any transmission is at your own risk.
