If your purchase is not quite right, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Email customerservices@burleigh1851.com with your order number to arrange a return. Please return your pieces within 14 days of notifying us, carefully packed, with their original packaging wherever possible.
Return postage is payable by you, unless your pieces are faulty or arrive damaged.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
